Welcome to S8 Group. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the S8 Group mobile application and services (“App” or “Services”) provided by S8 Group

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use S8 Group. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

User Account

  • You must create an account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory.
  • Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

Content Ownership and Usage

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.

Our Content

All trademarks, logos, and proprietary content on the App belong to S8 Group or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Account Deletion Policy

Users may request account deletion directly from their account dashboard by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your S8 Group account.
  2. Go to My Profile.
  3. Click on Edit Profile.
  4. Open the Delete Account page from the sidebar menu.
  5. Enter your current password for verification.
  6. Click on the Submit button to confirm your account deletion request.

Account Deletion Timeline

  • Once your deletion request is submitted, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
  • All associated personal information, account details, and related data will be removed from our systems.
  • The deletion process may take up to 90 days to complete.
  • During this period, certain information may be retained temporarily for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after the process is completed.
  • You may lose access to all services, data, and history associated with your account.
  • If you log in or contact support before the deletion is finalized, your request may be reviewed or cancelled depending on the status of the process.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

S8 Group is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties and disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S8 Group, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App, and continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana.
